Office Appointments

If we don't hear from you 24 hours in advance of an office appointment, you will receive an invoice for the missed appointment:

• $25 for a follow-up visit
• $100 for a missed consultation

Surgical Procedures

If we don't hear from you, 5 business days in advance of your booking date, that you wish to cancel, you will receive an invoice for the surgical fee indicated by the BCMA fee guide. You may also expect to receive an invoice from the anaesthesiologist if the procedure is canceled at very short notice.
